该代码块通过注入AuthenticationStateProvider和Claim相关的代码，从而获取到令牌的过期时间。如果数据表明令牌已过期，则调用Logout方法进行注销操作，否则使用定时器定时进行注销操作。

最后，在Logout方法中，调用AuthenticationStateProvider的SignOutAsync方法进行注销处理。需要注意，Redirect到登出页面的操作需要自行处理。
